Abstract
This paper has objective that how to manage municipal bonds by regional government in Indonesia. There is no municipal bond in the market because the regulation just issued by central government. This paper explained who investor's municipal bonds, how to issue municipal bonds, and how to manage the municipal bonds. This paper found that regional government is very eligible to issue municipal bond because investor's seek this bonds.

Peningkatan Kinerja Pemasok  melalui Kemitraan Vertikal: Studi pada Industri Otomotif di Indonesia

Abstract
This research investigates the sources of operational performance improvement in supplier partnership. 97 suppliers of Japanese automotive companies in Indonesia were taken as respondents. Our findings show that technical exchanges, technology transfer and link duration have no significant impacts on the performance improvement of the suppliers. However, the findings indirectly highlight the role of relational assets in performance improvement from inter-firm relationship.
