Abstract
Communicating successfully in working environment as a part of group dynamics is a key part of doing the job. The success of person’s performance itself depends on effective communication.  Group communication is central to and essential for most modern work. Good group communication is not easy to achieve, requires skill and attention, often goes wrong and is fundamentally inter-subjective. Adaptability is a key organizational skill as network society, continue to expand and it will be interesting to see how this influences group communication and styles of working. More over, organizations that can foster group dynamic process effectively from groupthink will gain competitive advantage.

Abstract
Comparative advertising is often used in the United States of America but  not often found in Asia. One reason often used to explain this phenomenon is that comparative advertising contradicts to the Asian culture that emphasis more on social harmony and avoids direct confrontation. However, in Indonesia there seems to be an increase in comparative advertsing usage within the last few years. This development drives this study that uses an experimental design method to see whether comparative advertising provides a better change in consumer attitude or not. To support the experiment, manipulation uses a comparative and non comparative ad of a beverage brand in Indonesia.  Result of this study shows that, using an Attitude-Toward-The-Ad-Model, the usage of comparative adverting resulted in a lower consumer attitude toward the ad, beliefs of brand and attitude toward the brand than the non comparative advertising
